Linda was born in Sacramento, California, and has lived most of her years in both Northern and Southern California. She currently lives in Missouri after moving there in 2002. She has two grown children, a son David, and a married daughter Susan. She also has two granddaughters. Linda has a bachelor’s in business and is the Assistant Controller at HDA, Inc. (Home Design Alternatives) located in St. Louis. The business is a publisher of home design plans, a leading distributor of published materials including books and magazines for a variety of industries and retailers and, they also do service merchandising.

Linda has been a Clan Campbell Society (NA) member since 1987, being active both in California and Missouri. She became a Missouri Deputy Commissioner shortly after moving there and then was named Region 7 Commissioner in 2006. She was ask to become a Trustee in 2010 and has since been honored to service in that position.

Linda has been fortunate to travel twice to Scotland, the last time being in July 2009, for the gathering at Inveraray Castle and festivities at Edinburgh. She enjoys crafts (when time permits), reading and studying history and experiencing different cultures at events and festivals. Linda attends her local Presbyterian Church and also participates in many charity walks and events on weekends. She has walked quite a few Civil War battlefields, among those that stand out are Stone River, TN and Chickamauga, GA. She has plans in the near future to go to Gettysburg, PA and take in those stories and historic areas.

Membership is open to all Campbells, Campbell septs, those married to a Campbell or Campbell Sept, those descended from Clan Campbell, and to those interested in learning about the Clan Campbell, Scottish history and culture, and who acknowledge Mac Cailein Mòr as their Clan Chief, as he is the Chief of Clan Campbell, the greatest family in all of Scotland! (We're a "wee bit" biased.)
